Yoga

Yoga really helps me to love myself from the inside out. It helps me to go from overthinking to feeling. Accepting where I am and what I am capable of. During my Yoga Teacher Training I constructed my own personal practise. It is so powerful that I want to offer this to you. Because yoga online group lessons are great, but if it is tailored to you & your body it becomes even more powerful.

Ayurvedic Yoga based on your Dosha

Ayurveda is also known as the "science of life". That is why understanding your Dosha and adapt your yoga to it has a big impact on how you feel. In this Yoga Package you get to know your Dosha, experience what nourishes you, recognize your alarm bells and learn how to bring back balance.
  • You will fill in a question form before hand to determine (or at least have an idea about) your dosha (constitution)
  • The yoga is based on your dosha so your dosha is nourished on multiple levels
  • In a workshop you learn what can trigger you and how to bring back balance.
