During my Yoga Teacher Training focused on Ayurveda I learned more about his ancient “science of life”. Understanding your Dosha and adapt your yoga to it can have a big impact on how you feel. You will get to know your Dosha, what nourishes you, your alarm bells and how to bring back balance.
- You will fill in a question form before hand to determine (or at least have an idea about) your dosha (constitution)
- The yoga will be based on your dosha so your dosha is nourished on multiple levels
- You will learn what can trigger you and how to bring back balance.
