My 1:1 coaching program “Love yourself from the inside out” will help you be more confident, increase your self-love and accept who you are. You will also learn about positive self-talk and embracing your off-days. With this I mean that you, for those days when you feel miserable and think you might never be happy again, will learn tools to deal with these negative emotions instead of fighting against them. Sounds good right?

This program is for you if you want to:

  • Put self-doubt behind you so you can be happy with yourself without depending on others
  • Have more self-confidence and set clear boundaries
  • Love yourself just the way you are without having to achieve something first
  • Feel connected again with your heart & feelings

This is the backbone of the program, but of course we also incorporate your specific goals.

This is an example of how your personal program could look like. I tune in with you to see which topic is resonating that week and make sure that whatever is going on will be included in the session.

Week 1) Get clear on your goals ~ from where you are to where you want to be
Via visualizations and the circle of self-love you are going to dig deep. Besides that your specific goals will be included to the program.
