Did you know that less than 10 % of people keep up with their New Years resolutions? 

We often want too much too quickly and our goals are too vague. 

So here is how to keep your intentions going:

💖 Try to find your why. What’s underneath your wish? Why do you want do yoga or meditate? Maybe it’s not getting carried away by your thoughts or worry so much. Knowing why you want to do something will give you a stronger foundation. 

💕 Start small; you are much more likely to meditate 5 minutes a day than 1 hour. 

💞 Attach the new intention to a routine you have to do every day. For example “after brushing my teeth I meditate for 5 minutes”. This will help implement it into your every day life. 

💗 Find an accountability partner. It can be your partner, a friend or a coach. Maybe it’s asking a colleague to go for a silent walk every lunch break. Together you’ll get further than alone.
